『黄色い繭の殻の中』 Inside the Yellow Cocoon Shell

授賞理由：
突然の死が訪れた後、映画は生きることの意味を考えさせ、主人公を取り巻く人々の喪失、過去、欲望、決断を振り返る時間を与えている。映画における永遠の探求を、野心的かつ愛おしげに描いている。
As a film that ponders the meaning of life after sudden death, the director allows the time to reflect on the loss, the past, the desire and the decisions taken by others around the protagonist. It's an ambitious and endearing rendering of an eternal quest in cinema.
～副賞として賞金70万円が監督に授与されます。
審査員特別賞

授賞理由：
この映画では、抑圧的な社会に生きる若者たちの生活を覗き見ることができる。制約の中で、この映画作家はユニークで説得力のある方法で、攻撃的な体制に立ち向かう力強い映画芸術作品を作り上げた。審査員特別賞は『クリティカル・ゾーン』に贈る。
The film offers a window into the lives of young people living in an oppressive society. With constraints, the filmmaker managed to make a powerful work of cinematic art that confronts an aggressive regime in a unique and compelling way. The jury prize goes to Critical Zone.

『冬眠さえできれば』 If Only I Could Hibernate

授賞理由：
現代モンゴル社会の苦難を描いた珠玉の作品。的確な映画的表現と嘘のない観察で、苦闘する若者たちの姿に寄り添っている。
A delightful gem that depicts the hardship of lives in modern Mongolian society. The film stays close to the condition of its struggling youths with precise cinematic language and truthful observation.

授賞理由：
目の前で生きているかのような彼らの自然な会話から、物語が立ち上がっていく。
巧みな脚本と映像設計に魅了された。人々と共に描かれる街の変化と、その中でも変わらないもの。バスに揺られていくラストの余韻が心地好い。
開発が進み変わっていく街の中で、記憶を紡ぎ、覚えていることが、世の中に対する希望なのではないか。
The story arises out of their natural conversation as if they were living in front of us.
We were captivated by the skilful screenplay and visual design, showcasing the city's evolution alongside its characters. Despite the changes depicted in the city, the film reminds us that some things never change.
The final shot, with him swaying in the bus, left us with a comfortable feeling and made it unforgettable.
In a town undergoing a transformation with development, weaving and recalling memories is hope for the world, isn't it?

授賞理由：
物語を読んで、聞いて、感じたここ数日間、美しさや、恐怖、希望や悲しみを織り交ぜた詩のような彼の視点から見る故郷の景色に私たちをこの受賞者は連れて行ってくれました。彼がこの東南アジアらしい物語を語る時、彼の個性や即興性、自信を見ることができ、私たちは、また少し彼の物語を知り、彼の物語を好きになります。この才能を発見できたことが喜ばしく、完成するのが楽しみな作品です。
From the days of reading, listening to and feeling his story, we see an image of his home through his eyes, and he brings us there with him. Its beauty, horror, hope and sadness woven together into a poignant poetry.
His personal voice, spontaneity and confidence come forth every time he speaks of this true South East Asian story. We always learn something new and fall in love with it a little bit more.
It's a film we are really looking forward to experience, from a writer and director whose talent we are all so eager to discover.
