FILMeX has always offered new directions in cinema.
At this year’s TOKYO FILMeX, the 18th edition, we shall resolutely screen numerous appealing and compelling films that address the present and abound with amazing passion and power, transcending genre, space, and time.
The strength of cinema is astounding. It tears down fixed notions, and shows the world in a different light. It can even change your life.
Once again, we have prepared a program of painstakingly, exhaustively selected works.
FILMeX is also a venue for eagerly-anticipated films that excite even film professionals.
