[Introduction]
A nouveau riche man who runs an automotive repair business reluctantly attends a matchmaking meeting with the daughter of a former noble family, but ends up falling for her. Marriage talks proceed at a rapid pace, which delights the man to no end, but the object of his affection has a reason for rushing into matrimony... KINOSHITA Keisuke's stylish and nimble direction shines in this masterpiece of cinematic comedy.
