Talent Campus Tokyo, aka TCT 2013, looks for budding Filmmakers or Producers from East Asia and Southeast Asia.
Outline:
Talent Campus Tokyo 2013 is organized by:
Tokyo Metropolitan Government; Arts Council Tokyo; Tokyo Culture Creation Project; TOKYO FILMeX Organizing Committee.
The event will take place at the Yurakucho Asahi Hall in Tokyo from November 25 to 30, 2013.
During the 14th TOKYO FILMeX held in November 2013, the 3rd edition of the filmmaker cultivation project "Talent Campus Tokyo 2013" will be conducted under the supervision of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Arts Council Tokyo, Tokyo Culture Creation Project and the TOKYO FILMeX organizing committee, in cooperation with Berlinale Talent Campus.
50 talented young Filmmakers and Producers from more than 10 Asian countries/region have participated in previous editions of this event.
One of them, Anthony CHEN, a participant from Singapore in Next Masters Tokyo 2010 (the predecessor of TCT) and presented his project "Ilo Ilo" and won a prize. Now, his project has been completed as a film and the film has been selected for upcoming Directors' Fortnight at Cannes Film Festival.
We look forward to receiving the entries from young Filmmakers/Producers in the making.

Talent Campus Tokyo will start in the framework of film festival TOKYO FILMeX in Japan
The first Japanese Talent Campus will be held from November 21-26, 2011 in one of Berlin's twin cities, Tokyo, during the renowned film festival TOKYO FILMeX. Presented by the TOKYO FILMeX organizing committee, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, the Talent Campus Tokyo will invite 12 to 15 talented young directors and producers from East and Southeast Asia to attend workshops, master-classes and panel discussions with high-profile experts and filmmakers.
